Every action counts. A single event can never change the
world. We can’t stop the global CO2 emissions with an awards show. We can’t end hunger and
poverty. What we can do is inspire millions of people around the globe and motivate them to
do their share in order to make our world a better place. We believe that the future
is not something that just happens, but rather is our creation. We all bear responsibility
for the future of our planet. Only by working together can we solve the pressing problems of
the 21st century. We intend on raising awareness for the most important global challenges
and present possible solutions for improving our world now and for future generations.
We will deal with the most pressing issues that concern us all. People need role models to
be inspired and motivated. And we will present these role models on stage: organizations,
unheralded individuals and international celebrities who through their exemplary involvement
and commitment are making immense contributions to mankind as well as to the preservation of
our Earth. The award winners are leading by example and proving that

Donations for NGOs. A further important goal of the SAVE THE
WORLD AWARDS is to serve as an international platform providing NGOs and the projects of the
award winners with a global opportunity to obtain donations for their endeavors. We will
promote a link on the website, in brochures and all relevant marketing material as well as
during the television special to each organization so that viewers can donate directly to
their worthy projects.
